Her team worked hard to create a better way to improve how the healthcare system works together to serve and better protect our seniors and their families. Their strategic approach produces lower hospitalization rates and better overall outcomes for all providers, most notably the patients.
As an expert advocate and bridge between seniors, their families, and the healthcare system, PGC Senior Services focuses on ensuring a successful outcome in any change or situation our seniors and their families face.
